We’re Freddy and Melissa Williams. Freddy is the CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay. Melissa is a Florida attorney and the owner of Finley Williams Law Firm. Most days, we’re deep in the work we love, building strong communities, advocating for families, and leading with purpose.

When the weekend rolls around, we trade boardrooms and heels for backroads and boots. We make time for good wine, new experiences, and quality moments with our family.

Power Suits & Wine Boots is our space to explore something new together. It reflects our growing curiosity for viticulture, wine culture, and the stories behind the land. We’re not leaving our day jobs. But we are making space to learn, taste, travel, and grow, one bottle at a time.

Because wine slows things down. It gathers people. It tells the story of place, process, and patience—three things we’ve come to appreciate more deeply as our lives get busier and our family grows.

We’re lifelong learners. We’re drawn to grape varietals, vineyard design, soil, seasons, and what it takes to create something that lasts. This journey is about exploration, not perfection. And while we don’t know exactly where it will take us, we’re enjoying the process of growing something new together.

Because we live in two worlds, one of structured leadership and one of wide-open dreams. We’ve built careers we’re proud of, and now we’re expanding our view, blending grit, grace, and a whole lot of curiosity into something that’s becoming uniquely ours.

This space is a little behind-the-scenes, a little aspirational, and completely real. It’s where we’ll share our love of wine, land, family adventures, tastings, vineyard visits, and the lessons we pick up along the way.
